Russel Rogers

Russell has been hooked on real estate since he was 16 when he helped his family flip a house in Watauga, TX. He learned about mortgages, real estate finance, and how to demo, paint, sand floorboards, and so much more! That experience helped him on investment properties of his own and gave him hands-on experience with real estate at a young age.

After serving in the United States Air Force, he obtained his MBA from TCU and compounded his understanding of how real estate can serve as a highly profitable financial asset in a portfolio. Consequently, in 2015, Russell jumped into the real estate industry equipped with his experience and knowledge.

Russell’s favorite part of the real estate industry is leveraging his background to support families and investors through the buying and selling of their homes. He knows that his clients will be well-served and taken care of when he is their agent because of his hard work ethic and caring mindset.

Russell is familiar with many different loan types and prepared to discuss the advantages of each one. Being an Air Force Veteran, he is savvy in VA loans and knows how to write winning VA offers and what to look regarding what might be a required VA repair.

Doug Russell

Doug Rogers has been successfully serving the real estate needs of his clients for thirty-five years. With over 1,000 transactions completed he has the unique understanding that each purchase or sale is the most important thing happening in his client’s life at that time. The key to his success has been to follow “The Golden Rule”. Treat each and every client regardless of price as if it was his own purchase or sale.

Doug’s real estate career began with Scott Allison Real Estate in San Angelo, Texas. In 1990 he joined Coldwell Banker in Hurst and soon became the assistant manager of the office. In 2004 he joined Keller Williams of Southlake and has been constant Top Producer in the office. He is consistently in the top twenty of individual sales and has finished as high as number one.

Early in his career he learned to take the approach of “leaving no stone unturned”. For Doug it was a common practice to preview thirty to forty homes prior to a client seeing one. Narrowing the list allowed the clients to focus on the best locations and ultimately the best value. Early on he recognized the stress placed on his relocation clients who were under dynamic time constraints. His preparation and access to the best lenders, title companies, stagers, photographers, and inspectors have been a true asset for his clients.

Doug’s experience in the North East Tarrant County market place has been very diverse in regards to types of transactions, loans, personal investments, and dealing with various relocation companies. From the dynamic and hot markets of today to the downturns of a cyclical housing market, his experience has played a key role in guiding his clients to a value based conclusion. He is keenly aware that each and every client is a future client. For this reason he attends every inspection, every final walk through, and every closing.
